Laswa nga Tambo: Ingredients

1)Tambo or bamboo shoots

2)1 cup of water

3)alimasag or small crabs or shirmps

4)lamhay or saluyot

5)okra

6)salt(to taste)

How to Cook:

1. Wash tambo then squeeze it with salt.
2. Boil water first, before adding the tambo.
3. Add the pasayan after 5 minutes it boiled.
4. Then add the okra when tha pasayan is already cooked.
5. After boiling, add the lamhay.
6. Then finally, salt to taste
7. Serve and enjoy the taste.
